Today we inaugurated the first cargo-bike hub in #Bra?ov, an important step toward a sustainable alternative for transporting goods through the city, especially in the central area. ?? What does the CargoCicleta project offer? ?? Two e-cargo bikes available for FREE to citizens, along with a smart and secure hub to house them. ?? The chance to experience riding an e-cargo bike, perfect for fast and eco-friendly transport. ?? Dedicated car parking for those delivering goods in the central area – leave your car safely and continue your transport with the bike. ?? Where can you pick them up? The cargo bikes are available at the smart and secure hub, Rastel.io, located at the entrance to Pia?a Sf. Ioan (behind the Aro Palace Hotel). ?? How does it work? 1?? Register on the app at www.app.rastel.io 2?? Open the smart hub and the individual security system for the cargo bike. 3?? Transport what you need and return the bike to the rack where you picked it up. The project is implemented together with AMDDTPBv, supported by Iceberg and our partners fixelli, Drop (Eastride), and ZenParking, and co-funded by EIT Urban Mobility through the RAPTOR 2024 program.
