AI has huge potential to help mitigate talent shortages and enhance productivity, but only if leveraged equitably. However, our latest research has discovered that more needs to be done to improve AI access and skilling opportunities for key demographics across the globe ???? Our survey of over 12,000 individuals uncovered a stark gender equity gap. Women have less access to training and skilling, as well as less confidence in the level of training they have been given. This leads to a 42 percentage point gender gap across AI skilled workers between men and women. Ensuring all talent are empowered to use AI effectively will be vital in the face of talent scarcity. ?? Find out more in 'understanding talent scarcity: AI & equity' here: https://lnkd.in/e2-K82F5
