We’re thrilled to announce that effective January 28, 2025, Qualia and Old Republic Title have formed a strategic partnership that represents a shared vision for the future of technology in the title & escrow industry. Over the last five years, technology requirements for title production systems have rapidly accelerated. So, Old Republic Title decided that the best approach to support their agents and customers was to partner with a technology provider that can meet these modern demands in title & escrow software. We’re excited to share that, after an exhaustive evaluation, they saw Qualia as the most innovative provider and selected us to be their partner for forging the future of real estate. There are two key elements to the partnership: First, Qualia has acquired the RamQuest and E-Closing platforms. We’re happy to welcome the many agents who use these products to the Qualia community! Secondly, Qualia will expand the capabilities of our title production offerings, which Old Republic will use to support our direct division, agents, and customers. Our ultimate goal is to provide title & escrow companies with best-in-class technology to help streamline the closing process and elevate their business.
