    ?? This week, we had the incredible opportunity to gather at our Kansas City headquarters for our Multi-Unit Leadership Conference! A fantastic reminder of the power of investing in our greatest asset: our people! From engaging workshops to insightful discussions, every moment was designed to inspire and elevate our leaders. ?? We believe that by equipping our team with the right tools and knowledge, we not only enhance individual performance but also strengthen our collective success. To keep the momentum flowing, we took a well-deserved break at Top Golf! ???♂? Not only did we have a blast hitting some golf balls, but we also had the chance to connect on a personal level.     Rally House: where community happens, whether it’s for your team or just from your heart ?? A young man named Caleb came into my store, looking for a specific item. I showed him the item he was looking for and he got so excited that we had it and said it was too much for him that day but he’d be back at the end of April because that is when his birthday is and that’s what he was going to get himself for his birthday. As he walked away, a woman named Tamie who was shopping nearby asked me how much the shirt was. I told her and she said for me to grab the young man quickly before he left. She then proceeded to buy him the shirt and wish him a happy early birthday and they shared a hug and a smile and it was just so sweet! She said she just wanted to do something kind for a stranger that day because God put it on her heart and loved our store’s vibe so what better place to spread the love! #rallyhouse #communityculture #spreadthelove

    What a whirlwind first two days at #IAMPHENOM in Philly! ?? Started the trip with a morning run to the Rocky statue—because when in Philly, you’ve got to channel that underdog spirit! ????♂? Then, I visited our Rally House store in Cherry Hill—always great to see our team in action and experience the customer passion firsthand. And of course, no trip to Philly is complete without a classic cheesesteak! ???? The conference has been nothing short of inspiring. Had the incredible opportunity to meet Mahe Bayireddi, CEO of Phenom, whose vision for AI-driven talent experiences is truly shaping the future of hiring. Then, to top it off, we got to hear from the legendary Simone Biles—a powerhouse of resilience and excellence. ?? On the professional front, I had the privilege of presenting in two breakout sessions: ?? Breaking Through Retail Hiring Barriers – tackling the biggest challenges in retail talent acquisition. ?? The Retail Rush: High-Volume Hiring Strategies That Actually Work – sharing real, scalable strategies that drive success.     Rally House kicked off the first of our quarterly Leadership Workshops for our corporate team leaders last week in Kansas City! In this dynamic workshop, we dove into the power of data-driven leadership using the Predictive Index. ?? This innovative approach not only enhances our understanding of team dynamics but also unlocks the potential within each of us. The atmosphere was electric as our leaders engaged in meaningful discussions, shared insights, and collaborated on strategies that will elevate our company culture and drive success. ??
