March is Women’s History Month, and we are proud to celebrate some of the impactful leaders at Rales JFS who make a difference in our community every day.
As Senior VP of Community Services, Jaclyn Tureff, LCSW, CMC oversees the following JFS Programs, Meals on Wheels, Jacobson Family Food Pantry, Community Outreach, Domestic Abuse Education and Action and Special Needs. Jackie started her career at JFS in 2015 as a Community Outreach Coordinator and became the Program Director a few years later. In 2021, she was promoted to VP of the Financial Assistance Department and Meals on Wheels Program. A year later, she moved into her new position as Senior VP. Through the years at Rales JFS, Jackie has had experience working with various populations in our community, providing supportive counseling, support groups, trainings, financial assistance, and more. Jackie loves working with and helping people in the community in which she was raised and currently lives.??
She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and then went on for her Masters of Social Work at Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Prior to joining JFS, Jackie worked in a trauma hospital in New York City, helping patients and families cope with their diagnoses. Jaclyn received her license in Clinical Social Work in 2015.?
