As the year draws to a close, our WorkAdvance team gathered alongside recent graduates to celebrate the accomplishments of our final cohort of 2024. This Thanksgiving-themed event was more than just a meal—it was a heartfelt moment to reflect on the journeys of our graduates and their bright futures ahead. The celebration followed the last day of training hosted at Owens Community College Findlay, OH, where our graduates completed their preparation for local manufacturing roles in Hancock County.
