Receiving a message claiming your phone is infected and urging you to click a link is a common phishing tactic aimed at stealing sensitive information or installing malware. Scammers exploit fear and urgency to manipulate victims into acting quickly without verifying the source. Clicking such links can lead to malicious websites or downloads that compromise your data and security. Instead, avoid interacting with the message entirely. Do not click the link, reply, or follow any instructions. Run a scan using trusted antivirus software already installed on your device. If the scan detects no issues, you can safely assume the message was a scam. Delete it immediately and block the sender to prevent future attempts. Always keep your phone’s software up-to-date to guard against vulnerabilities, and consider enabling two-factor authentication for an added layer of protection. Be vigilant about scams that use alarming language, unfamiliar numbers, or grammatical errors to sound legitimate. Educate yourself and others about these tactics to stay ahead of potential threats. #CyberSecurity #PhishingAwareness #OnlineSafety #DigitalSecurity #ProtectYourData #MalwarePrevention #PhoneSecurity #DataPrivacy #FraudAlert #TechSafety

What strategies do you use to manage your teams? #businessstrategy Business Infographics Jade Bonacolta
The Skill / Will Matrix Credits to Jade Bonacolta, follow her for more useful models ------ Here's the original post: The #1 secret for managing a team The Skill / Will Matrix: ——— Danny Meyer is an iconic New York restauranteur. He's known for Shake Shack, Union Square Cafe, Gramercy Tavern, and others. On the Tim Ferriss Show, he revealed his simple (but brutally effective) 2x2 matrix. It's the best framework for leaders to decide WHO to spend their time on. He plots two things: Willingness + Ability. ——— So, where on the chart does he spend the most time as a manager? Many people would say the bottom two quadrants ? the folks who need motivation or need to move on. Danny disagrees. He spends the most time in the top two quadrants ? the high performers and those who are untrained. Why? Because they are key to long-term success. ——— And guess what... Danny doesn't just keep this quadrant in his own head. He puts it on the mirror in his employees' locker room. He's 100% transparent in how he manages the team. Every time his team gets ready, they can decide where they are now, and where they want to be. ?? ——— Give it a try with your team. ------- Follow Business Infographics to learn from the best visuals.

●?????? ?????????? ???? ???????????????????? ???? ????????● A few months ago, I found myself wishing for more hours in the day. (It felt like I could never catch up) I was juggling work, linkedin, family, personal goals, and endless to-do lists. Despite working longer hours, nothing seemed to get done, and I was constantly exhausted. Then it hit me, I didn’t need more hours. I needed to focus on what truly mattered. I started by identifying my top priorities and eliminating unnecessary tasks. Instead of multitasking, I dedicated uninterrupted time to what brought real value to my life and work. Within weeks, everything changed. I achieved more by doing less, felt more at peace, and finally had time for the things that mattered most. Looking back, the problem wasn’t the hours, it was how I was spending them. ???? ?????????? ???? ???????? ?????? ???????? ???? ???????? ????????: ? List your top three priorities each day. ? Delegate or eliminate tasks that don’t align with them. ? Schedule focused time for what matters most. ? Say no to distractions or unnecessary commitments. ? Remember, being busy doesn’t mean being productive. ?? ??????????: ? A hunter who chases two rabbits will return home empty-handed. ? You can’t eat with two hands at once; focus on one thing at a time. ? When the drumbeat changes, the dance must change; adjust your focus to what matters most. ??
