Mr. Burleson is a member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC and has been associated with the Firm since receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence, with honors, in 1983 from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Burleson is an experienced mediator in cases involving age, gender, and race discrimination, FMLA violations, sexual harassment, civil rights violations, landowner disputes, auto accidents, wage and hour issues, construction litigation, violation of noncompete agreements, contract disputes, premises lability, real estate boundary disputes, ADA violations, and litigation or complaints against educational institutions.?He has litigated cases involving Title VII, ADEA, ADA, the Tennessee Human Rights Act, and other state and federal laws related to employment.?Mr. Burleson has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America? in the specialty of Employment Law.
