Rainbow is very excited to share our first transaction in New Jersey! The third transaction of Rainbow Realty Group Fund IV was an acquisition of a 9,800 SQ Foot industrial property in New Jersey. Currently, 38 states have legalized medical cannabis use, and 24 have legalized recreational use. This means 74% of Americans reside in states where some form of cannabis use is legal. This year, Florida, North Dakota, and South Dakota are considering new measures to legalize recreational cannabis use, each with unique challenges and progress. Rainbow is excited to share another loan payoff! This month, Rainbow Realty Group Fund II had a loan from November 2021 refinanced by a private lender. CEO Kyle Shenfeld shared, "We are excited to report our 6th successful loan payoff, further proving the validity of our real estate-backed investment thesis.”

Since Rainbow's inception in 2019, we have never missed a preferred return or lowered the distribution rate of a fund. We are proud to share that Fund IV's first distribution was at an annualized rate of 10%, and we expect that to increase once fully invested like our previous funds.
