Rainbow Research Inc., is a not-for-profit organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Founded in 1974, our mission is to improve the effectiveness of socially concerned organizations through capacity building, research, assessment, and evaluation. We understand that there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all in a world of diverse cultures. Four decades of experience in designing studies and working with communities ranging from street-smart urban youth to recent immigrants to corporate executives ensures that participants are always treated with respect and that questions and solutions work as intended. Advances in the art and science of research and evaluation can open exciting new windows of understanding for our clients and the communities they serve. We pride ourselves on staying abreast of and leveraging these advances, remaining true to the highest technical and ethical standards, and fully protecting data privacy for all information in our charge.
