We are concluding our 2025 RDAC management team introductions with two talented, ambitious individuals, Komal Nagaraj and Aashvi Trivedi?? Komal: I am a former Software Engineer by profession, but at heart, l’ve always been a writer, singer, and passionate foodie. My professional journey ignited a deep interest in Data and Business Analytics, inspiring me to join Rady. As I continue to delve into data and statistics, I’m fascinated by their transformative power and this makes RDAC the best platform for me to learn, grow, and help others also grow through the club’s initiatives. Aashvi: Hey, I’m Aashvi Trivedi, a Master’s student in Business Analytics, and I’m thrilled to join RDAC as the Co-Director of Events and Operations. With a passion for building meaningful connections and creating impactful experiences, I thrive in diverse environments and am inspired by RDAC’s vibrant community of thinkers and doers. I look forward to meeting people, sharing insights, and learning together as we navigate the exciting world of data.

Furthermore in our amazing 2025 RDAC management team, this time we would like to introduce to you our Co-Directors of Marketing and Communications, VENKATA SRUJITH KAPULURI and Anjana K. ?????? Srujith: Hi everyone! My name is Srujith Kapuluri, and I’m thrilled to be one of the new Co-Directors for Marketing and Communications for the Rady Data Analytics Club. A little about me—I completed my undergrad in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics at the University of Idaho (Go Vandals!) While I was there, I interned at Nike, where I got my first real taste of the power of data in driving business decisions. But honestly, my passion for data analytics started way earlier—with sports. Growing up, I was obsessed with figuring out what goes on beyond the screen. That curiosity turned into a personal project: I built an Excel file with player data for my fantasy leagues. The result? I’m still undefeated ?? Currently, I’m working as an Athletics Marketing Intern for the UCSD Tritons, where I get to combine my love for sports, marketing, and storytelling. Joining RDAC feels like the perfect way to take that passion to the next level, especially alongside people who are just as excited about data and its possibilities as I am. As Co-Director, I’m looking forward to creating engaging content, sparking conversations, and growing our club’s presence to make sure RDAC is the place to be for analytics enthusiasts at Rady. Fun fact? If I’m not geeking out over fantasy stats, you’ll probably find me playing a round of golf at Torrey Pines—nothing like that view to inspire some big ideas! Let’s make this year unforgettable! Anjana: Hi everyone this is Anjana! I have finished my undergrad double majoring in Finance and Economics. I have leadership experiences in philanthropy, marketing and social media. Now as I am currently studying for Business Analytics, my goal is to leverage data driven insights to tackle real-world problems and create a positive impact on society. I am always eager to learn new skills, deal with unique challenges and work with diverse teams. Which is why I am excited to work with talented individuals in this management team and explore what’s in store for us!

We continue with introducing passionate individuals in our 2025 RDAC management team. Our new Co-Directors of Relations and Outreach Kabir Singh Chhabra and Gabriel Andaya, are here to help and provide opportunities to make some valuable connections! Kabir: I'm Kabir Singh Chhabra, I consider myself a Data Detective and have a lot of fun solving data related problems and finding new and unconventional methods of doing so. I seek to harness the power of data and use it to understand the power and flow of information in the world of business. Gabriel: As one of the new Outreach and Relations directors, I look forward to fostering the connection between our alumni and current student population. Connections always seemed like knack for me since my undergraduate days. I studied International Business and Spanish, and socializing was essential for growth. It propelled me within the 3yrs I had at Amazon. Outside of academia and work, I have trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 8 years. Its a lifestyle at this point.
