Last week we celebrated the ribbon cutting and naming of McGinley Hall. It was a wonderful event that couldn't have happened without the leadership of Duquesne University, our partners at Harrison Street and the efforts of our entire project team - a true P3! McGinley Hall?is an 11-story, 556-bed building that offers studio, two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments. Some of the amenities include in-unit laundry; student lounges and study/collaboration spaces; a mini-mart; and 24-hour emergency maintenance, front desk and fitness center. The facility is open to Duquesne juniors, seniors and graduate students.
