It stores important shipment-related documentation in one place so they can be located quickly and reliably. The tracking function is easy to set up, maintain, and control. "Family, Progressive, Rewarding" What’s the best memory you have from the early days at Radius? "Ha - too many to name. I'm just glad when I came back to work after a long period home with twins that it was when Radius was just starting up! It was like we were all just starting together." What’s a lesson you’ve learned from working at Radius all these years? "It makes such a difference coming to work every day if you truly enjoy where you work, what you do, and the people you work with. Companies like Radius are not easy to come by." In your opinion how has Radius changed and grown over the years? "The rate of growth is quite impressive as we now have multiple locations in the United States along with partners globally." "Innovative, Rewarding, Fun" What’s the best memory you have from the early days at Radius? "This is a tough one, I have so many amazing memories. But I will have to say one of most memorable ones was when we had our 10-year anniversary and Kirk & John flew the employees from Miami & Chicago to Boston and we had a big party at the Seaport hotel. The speeches and awards were so meaningful it was a night I'm sure all of us will never forget!" What’s a lesson you’ve learned from working at Radius all these years? "Perseverance!!! To keep going despite setbacks and challenges." In your opinion how has Radius changed and grown over the years? "I feel Radius has kept up with technology which has given us an edge that helps with the ever-changing market and demands of customers. I also feel that Radius prioritizes health, wellbeing and work-life balances of its employees." What are you most excited about for the future of Radius? "The growth of the company and the direction we are going. With growth comes additional employees and, in my opinion, we have outstanding, dedicated employees that are doing great work and I'm excited to see THEM grow and all the wonderful things they will add to the company." A piece of advice from Leslie: "My manager Kirk said these wise words to me when I first started in sales, Don't get too high and Don't get to low.
