The fifth-annual Crane IP Defense Innovation Pitch Competition is here! Register to win a cash prize for your innovative proposal to commercialize patented technologies and concepts developed at NSWC Crane - Indiana's only federal research lab. The intellectual property is being offered royalty-free at this time, in the hopes of spurring commercialization and business activity. All participants in the pitch competition are asked to register below; the deadline for registration to participate is Friday, October 11. The pitch competition will be held Wednesday, October 23, 2024. The competition is free for participants and will be held virtually. Entrants will receive a template to create a slide presentation for the competition. The development of this pitch competition is a collaborative effort of ARI (Applied Research Institute), Elevate Ventures, Radius Indiana, NSTXL (National Security Technology Accelerator), Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, the Indiana Small Business Development Center (Indiana SBDC) and the The Mill.
