Our reputation of excellence stretches back to 1937, when Dr. Tom Bond started the Bond Radiological Group. Since that time, Dr. Bond’s practice has grown into what is now known as Radiology Associates of North Texas—the largest privately owned radiology practice in the nation. Our admin team had the opportunity to grab a quick bite and get a sneak peek at our future corporate headquarters this afternoon. This new office space will be a major upgrade for our staff, boasting greatly improved natural lighting, room to grow, and more coffee machines than we'll know what to do with! A lot of hard work has gone into creating this new environment and we are so grateful for everyone involved in this process. We still have a way to go, but we are so excited to move into our new home early next year!

Meet one of RANT’s neuroradiologists and the practice’s Medical Director of IT Strategy, Dr. Valeria Makeeva. She joined the practice in the summer of 2023 after completing her neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Alabama. What she loves most about radiology is the ability to provide immediate answers and results for patients while working in a field that is often on the cutting edge of new technological advancements. Outside of work, Dr. Makeeva loves to go on hikes and read with her husband. She is a huge fan of science fiction, and if you were to ask her what her favorite books are right now, she would likely tell you it’s between Dune and Good Omens. Thank you, Dr. Makeeva, for everything you do for the practice and your dedication to providing excellent care for your patients.

We’re proud to support the Texas Health Resources Foundation's "Paint the Bus Pink" campaign! As part of this important initiative for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we sponsored 88 placards featuring the names of individuals who have courageously battled cancer. Each placard was placed on the bus, creating a moving tribute to their strength and resilience. Together, we honor these fighters and stand with everyone impacted by cancer. Early detection and community support are essential in the fight against breast cancer, and we’re grateful to be part of such a meaningful cause. Meet Dr. Bentley, one of our breast imagers with over 20 years of radiology experience. She enjoys the quiet days reading cases, but the days where she can interact with patients face-to-face are her favorite. These days are usually more fast-paced, but she loves any opportunity to talk to her patients and relate to them on a more personal level. On her rare days off, Dr. Bentley loves to go on trips with her family. She also enjoys running marathons and hopes to run the Athens Marathon in Greece in the next few years. Thank you so much, Dr. Bentley, for all your hard work and dedication to providing amazing care to your patients. We couldn’t be happier to have you as a part of our practice.
