JUST IN: The Federal Communications Commission has adopted final rules to allow FM boosters to originate programming for three minutes an hour. The change will allow #radio stations to deploy the geotargeting system called ZoneCasting. More ?? https://lnkd.in/gQ9K4bky

Last Thursday (November 14th) I got to meet one of my favorite engineers, Jeff Welton from Nautel. Nautel makes my favorite brand of transmitter. Here he is (at the SBE symposium) demonstrating the new VX series of transmitter. Jeff is a busy guy travelling all over America meeting other engineers.

President-elect Donald Trump has nominated Brendan Carr as the next chair of the Federal Communications Commission.
