Since our current US clients are based in five states (California, Illinois, Louisiana, Florida and Mississippi) we reviewed their score cards to open a conversation about where we are, and where we could be. We’re also sharing The International Trade Union Confederation Global Rights Index 2023 report, in which we’ll be able to ponder on the inequities that are still present in our working environment worldwide. EN: DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) has become both a buzzword and a contentious issue. While DEI efforts aim to promote fairness and inclusion, they often fall short due to superficial implementation that tends to rely on untrained employees. Let’s go back to the time when diversity, equity and inclusion was a solution instead of an issue. ESP: DEI (Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión) se ha convertido a la vez en una palabra de moda y en un tema polémico. Si bien los esfuerzos de DEI apuntan a promover la equidad y la inclusión, a menudo fracasan debido a una implementación superficial que usualmente se relega a empleados sin entrenamiento previo.
