The news is spreading! Learn more about how Intelligent Personalization is making an impact from our CEO Anmol Madan #AI #digitalhealth #personalization

There’s no single solution to misinformation. But there are plenty of things healthcare leaders can do to ensure its negative effects don’t get even worse. Chief among them: Stop treating every patient exactly the same. Ever wonder why the agents of disinformation are so skilled at capturing our attention? 1) They know what we care about 2) They validate our concerns 3) They offer us personalized solutions Despite so many advantages — billions in health IT investments, deeply personal patient data, and cutting-edge technology — healthcare still struggles to engage patients. Every year on my birthday, I get the same postcard from one of my providers. A thoughtful gesture, sure. But they make it out to “Miss Greta Nayyar,” indicating no awareness that I’m married and of non-European descent. Think about it: 1) Does healthcare know what we care about? The industry has invested billions in collecting our personal health information, but the care we get is hardly personalized. 2) Does healthcare validate our concerns? We want personalized, expert health advice on demand, plus the service we’ve come to expect from other industries. But it’s unnecessarily difficult to get either. 3) Does healthcare offer us personalized solutions? In an era of unlimited choice, healthcare remains a one-size-fits-all industry. The bottom line: Misinformation’s setbacks are costing healthcare organizations billions of dollars. And they’re leading patients on desperate, dangerous, dead-end searches for personalized answers to our health questions. I partnered with RadiantGraph because they’re solving one of the most important pieces of this misinformation puzzle: personalized engagement. That’s the biggest promise of AI in healthcare: driving true N-of-1 engagement. And that’s what Anmol Madan is doing with RadiantGraph. In a sea of so-called “AI experts,” he’s worth following into the future. Anmol is an MIT PhD AI scientist who understands the intersection of healthcare and technology like almost no one else. And he’s assembled an amazing team — including yours truly — that cares deeply about using technology to make personalized healthcare experiences accessible to everyone. #Misinformation is getting worse. Healthcare’s reckoning is here. We have to get it right this time. And that starts with building deeper, richer connections with the people we serve, right now.
