Radial Power LLC

In January 2025, Radial Power closed on the acquisition of a set of assets from OYA Renewables Development LLC and its affiliates (“OYA Renewables”), through a bankruptcy court-approved process. The assets included 50MW of solar projects and the main equipment required to construct them. Radial acted as the Stalking Horse Bidder and DIP (“Debtor-In-Possession”) Lender in the bankruptcy court process.? ? These assets provide additional scale to Radial in New York, the largest community solar market in the country. Once completed they will generate 72 million kWh per year and will provide approximately $1.5 million in annual savings to residential and low-income community solar subscribers throughout the state of New York.

Exciting news in the clean energy space! Radial Power, a top provider of onsite power solutions, has partnered with OnSwitch, a leader in software-driven commercial solar development, to develop 100 MW of solar projects over the next two years. This partnership will utilize 10 million sq. ft. of rooftop space, with many projects including energy storage, EV charging, and community solar options.
