?? Spotlight on Service: A Heartfelt Thanks to Our Director of Operations, Luke Glenn ?? We are proud to extend our gratitude to our very own Luke Glenn, Director of Operations, and cherished friend, for his incredible work in Asheville, NC, alongside the nonprofit Operation Blessing. Luke’s expertise with drone technology provided crucial search and rescue coverage and media footage that is making a massive impact. Luke, in partnership with Operation Blessing, provided thousands of people with food and fresh water! By utilizing his community in Charlotte, he was able to raise over $3,000 towards these disaster relief costs, and with drone assistance, many regions previously not covered by the media were able to be covered providing true insight as to the condition of western North Carolina. What’s more, the drone footage captured by Luke is projected to generate approximately $25 million in donations through the networks it will be broadcast on, all of which will help Operation Blessing continue their efforts in disaster relief scenarios through the end of the year and into 2025. His efforts are truly an inspiration, and we couldn’t be prouder of the role he played in this life-saving mission. ?? Last week I had the privilege to travel to Asheville NC to support the community there by running drone operations for Operation Blessing, as well as providing support via the donations many of you in Charlotte sent with me. I couldn’t have been there without the support of R1 Facility Services and their willingness to let me take some time off for this! The level of destruction was very hard to comprehend and my prayers are with all of those affected by hurricane Helene. This region is going to need assistance for many months to come!!
