Ongoing Work by Our Sister Company, LaFleur Electrical Solutions & Service Here’s a look at some recent projects from LaFleur Electrical Solutions & Service, featuring innovative electrical solutions in progress. These projects include: ? Temporary Power Distribution: Installation of new temporary power distribution equipment to support large bypass pumps. ? Upgraded Junction Boxes: Stainless steel junction boxes positioned near the wet well, streamlining the process of swapping out pumps and level devices. ? Pump Control Enclosure: A newly designed enclosure that eliminates the need for a separate building while housing essential components such as power distribution, security equipment, a pump control panel, an intrinsically safe barrier, and emergency call-out equipment. ? Seamless Surge Protection Upgrade: A new electrical service installation where the customer requested surge protection after the fact. LaFleur successfully integrated it without the need for additional building penetrations. These upgrades enhance efficiency, reliability, and long-term serviceability—great work by the LaFleur team!

Meet Erica! Erica joined R.H. White as a member of our Safety Department in 2024. Safety is our number one core value, and Erica and her colleagues work directly with our field teams to ensure everyone goes home at the end of every day in the same condition they arrived in earlier that day. She is a certified construction health and safety technician (CHST), recognizing her dedication to and competency in performing health and safety activities that prevent construction illnesses and injuries. She also spent 16 years as an EMT. Outside of work, Erica is busy with two teenage daughters. She also shows her Chevy Camaro at car shows, participates in mountain road rallies and closed racecourses, and is involved in marksmanship. She instructs friends and family in proper handling and shooting of firearms in a safe and comfortable setting. We are happy to have Erica on our team!

Over the next few months, our business unit leaders and department heads will participate in multiple planning sessions to develop the final strategies and finish the company-wide plan to continue our sustainable and profitable growth.?

As part of its long history of giving back, R.H. White has supported the Forman School in Litchfield, CT, which our Chairman, David White, attended. David is a trustee of the school and serves as chair of the buildings and grounds committee. He was on hand recently for the ribbon cutting of the school’s most recent project – the Cognition and Learning Building and Diagnostic Center. The center is a state-of-the-art, carbon-neutral building supporting the school's mission of serving students who learn differently. #givingback #corporateresponsibility
