Position: Heavy Equipment Shop and Truck Mechanic ?? Location: In-person ?? Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour ?? Job Type: Full-time ? Hours: 50+ per week, including weekends as needed What You’ll Do: ? Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty trucks and equipment ? Complete tasks efficiently under the guidance of the Shop Manager ? Maintain a clean and organized shop and work area ? Operate heavy equipment and forklifts as needed ? Perform DOT inspections and maintain compliance ? Use proper PPE for grinding, cutting, welding, and other tasks ? Load/unload trucks using a forklift What We’re Looking For: ?? 3+ years of heavy equipment/heavy truck experience ?? Skilled in hand and power tools, diagnostics, and repair ?? Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain) ?? Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record (preferred) ?? DOT medical card (required) ??
