We've been having such a fun time in the office with the different March date celebrations. St. Patrick's Day, Mario Day, Pi Day, and every day is a puzzle day. I love this team and this company and am proud that fun and joy is one of the core values. It's so great to get some fun time together to laugh and bond amidst the deadlines. We are so excited to share that our staff voted for our yearly charity to be The Good Neighbor Center again for 2024 and we were able to donate proceeds from our FUN-draising events, Bottledrop, and vending for a cause. We love this local organization that empowers families experiencing housing insecurity by providing shelter, resources, and support for lasting stability. If you are seeking a place to support, we highly recommend them and take donations to them throughout the year.

R&W had a great training day incorporating this weeks National Pizza Day, Revit, Safety, and Securities knowledge, team building, cookie decorating, Valentines Day, prizes, and most importantly, celebrating each others successes. With a hybrid work model we are only all together in in one room a handful of times a year and it is great energy. It was uplifting and there is much collective gratitude to work together in this company with it's vibrant and inspired culture. Thank you R&W for all that you do for the team, the community, the clients, each other, and for every player within bringing their value of work ethic and professionalism to all interactions. 

R&W is celebrating National Fun at Work Day today with some rotating bingo games, prizes, and Cafe Yumm. And what a privilege that we can bring our small artists to the office when there is no school in session. We had a great day filled with fun and laughter!
