R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (R&K) strives to provide exceptional services to our customers, leveraging our reliable, knowledgeable, and innovative professionals to exceed their expectations. Our North Star Award for Outstanding Employee Performance recognizes exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations and promotes R&K’s core values of integrity, excellence, and teamwork We are pleased to recognize North Star Award Recipients Mr. Michael Keiss, MSHRD and Mr. Rodney Green! ? Michael is a Senior Air-Surface Operation analyst supporting the GREEN FLAG Support Element Task Order, and Site Lead for our team at Fort Johnson, Louisiana. During this quarter, Michael continued his outstanding leadership and management of the 548th Combat Training Squadron (CTS) Exercise Support Element (ESE). During this quarter, Michael, on his own initiative, completed a six-month effort to develop an all-encompassing exercise event collection database. The database enables analysts to enter all exercise data prior to the?start of an exercise and capture real-time data as operations are being executed. It also enables multiple analysts to enter data into the shared database in real time and at the same time. The first use of the “CAS Database” was a huge success in facilitating the first-ever fully functional Joint Air Ground Integration Center (JAGIC). Its employment allowed the JAGIC to operate as the sole ASOC providing procedural control, Joint Tactical Air Strike Request approvals, and Situation Reports for the Brigade Tactical Air Control Party maneuver elements. The system simultaneously allowed the ESE to monitor and develop qualitative data without requiring the JAGIC to operate as a relay for the ESE. Rod?supports the 57th?Wing Standardization and Evaluation (Stan/Eval) Office as the Wing Stan/Eval and Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Program Manager, also under R&K’s GREEN FLAG Support Element contract at Nellis AFB, Nevada.?During this quarter – as always – Rod demonstrated outstanding professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. This was demonstrated when the Chief of Stan/Eval requested Rod represent the him at 57 WG Stand-up where he debriefed leadership on all current and future projects being conducted within the 57 WG Stan/Eval Department. Rod continued his outstanding work as the 57 WG Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Program Manager, a high-emphasis area of Stan/Eval for the Wing Commander. As a result of the outstanding support he provided to the 57 WG, Rod was recognized by the 57 WG Deputy Commander with a Letter of Appreciation stating, “Rod consistently exceeds expectations for the tasks assigned to him and is the continuity for this shop in both a technical and leadership perspective that keeps operations consistently running.” ? We are proud to have Rod and Michael on the R&K team, and are excited to recognize them for their support to our customers and their follow teammates. Congratulations, and keep up the great work!
