    Last week, our Government Affairs team orchestrated a pivotal event unveiling Summerlin Studios, a groundbreaking, collaborative infrastructure project between Howard Hughes, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Warner Bros. Discovery. This initiative, proposed within the recently introduced Nevada Studio Infrastructure, Jobs and Workforce Act, brought together bipartisan leaders to explore the transformative potential of bringing a major film and television industry presence to Nevada. The proposed plan features a 31-acre production facility anchoring a 100-acre mixed-use development, projected to create 19,000 construction jobs and nearly 18,000 jobs annually in Las Vegas once operational. Through our “Loveless Greetings” campaign with the Chrysalis Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence, Inc., we’re helping expose the signs and spread the word.
