John Barrasso (R-Wyo.), Peter Welch (D-VT), Thom Tillis (R-NC), Bill Cassidy (R-LA), John Thune (R-SD), and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN). This bipartisan, bicameral legislation provides a two-year extension of the 5 percent advanced alternative payment model (APM) incentives created by the 2015 Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) and makes several improvements to CMS’s #valuebasedcare programs.
