We spent time cleaning up trash and debris, weeding, and pruning to help preserve this beautiful space where visitors can pause and reflect. Our Qunity team received unanimous approval from the City of Durham City Council last night for Oxford Ridge. This project, located in Bragtown, had multiple community members speak in favor of the development which will bring up to 300 units to the area. Of these units, a minimum of 27 affordable for sale single family homes will be provided in addition to co-living opportunities. We were excited to team up with Nil Ghosh, Ted Heilbron, and Helena Cragg to bring this development to a growing part of the #bullcity.
