关于我们
Quincy Medical Group (QMG) is a healthcare provider with strengths in primary and specialty care. An essential part of our community since 1937, QMG celebrated reaching 1000 employees in 2017. Through the years, we’ve maintained a close connection to our patients that sets us apart. Some of our doctors have treated three generations of the same families. Over the years, we’ve embraced change and listened to our community. Today, with expanded hours and new ways to keep in touch, we’re easier than ever to work with, and even as we adapt and grow, we never lose sight of what makes a healthcare organization great: providing an unparalleled care experience for you.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate two members of our QMG team, Sarah Nolinwinkler, RN Care Manager, and Morgan Parker, Director of Community Relations, who have been honored with the Herald-Whig's 20 Under 40 award. Here’s what others had to say about their impact: Leslie Koetters, RN Care Manager Coordinator, shared about Sarah, “Sarah brings positivity, a collaborative spirit, and a strong work ethic not only to her Care Management team but to Quincy Medical Group as a whole. With her expertise and initiative, Sarah leads by example, inspiring those around her and driving her team toward success.” Brittany Welch, with the Quincy Neighborhood Federation, shared about Morgan, “Morgan shows up to every event willing to do any task and isn’t afraid of hard work or getting her hands dirty. She is always sweet, kind, and brings a positive attitude to every project or challenge.” We are honored to have Sarah and Morgan as part of our team. Congratulations!

Congratulations to Helen Vahle, RN Float, on her retirement from QMG. Helen’s career in healthcare spans over 30 years. Reflecting on her time at QMG, Helen shared, “I have enjoyed the MANY awesome people I get to work with at QMG, no better people to take care of our patients. Thankful to the many doctors over the years with whom have let me and trusted me to take care of their patients, educated me, trained me and welcomed me like their own nurse. I will miss everyone and the great patients I have taken care of over the years. Here is to growing old gracefully.” Nicole Smith, Clinical Services Coordinator, added, “While I have only worked with Helen for 1.5 years, I have known her my entire life. I can safely say that Helen has touched countless lives with her loving and compassionate nature in the 30 years she has been a nurse. She has always strongly advocated for her patients and went above and beyond to support her team.” Helen, we celebrate your dedication and compassion. Congratulations on your well-deserved retirement!

On Veterans Day, we pause to honor the bravery and dedication of those who have served our country. We are proud to share a reflection from QMG ENT Physician, Dr. Mary Doellman, who served in the Army for over 11 years and concluded her service as a Major. “My military experience has provided me with invaluable perspective and unique opportunities. It allowed me to live in diverse places and connect with remarkable individuals I might never have encountered otherwise. Through this journey, I learned the true meaning of leadership and adaptability, as well as a deep appreciation for the privileges we enjoy in this country—privileges that many may not fully recognize. Additionally, my service has enriched my appreciation for my profession as a civilian, reinforcing my commitment to contribute positively to our society.”

Veterans Day is a time to honor and thank those who have served our country. We are grateful for the sacrifices made by all veterans, and we are especially proud to share a quote from QMG Gynecologist, Dr. Deborah Woodard, who served as a Major in the United States Air Force from 2000 to 2004 and in the Reserves from 1992 to 2000. She shared, “Serving in the military was an honor. I was active duty during 9/11 and there were many challenges but I worked alongside amazing men and women who dedicated their lives to protecting our country. I am very thankful for my experience.“ Thank you, Dr. Woodard, and to all veterans for your service and dedication.
