Last week, James Sargeant and Harry King delivered an Introduction to Construction Contracts to MidKent College HNC Construction, Civil and Building Services HE & Higher Apprentices along with Year T Level students. students on the HNC Health and Safety module. The talk provided students with a glimpse into what construction law is, the key legislations, contracts, common legal issues with a handful of case studies to analyse.
