Safe Driving During Deer Season: It is still the thick of the deer mating season and it is important to be careful when driving during the day or at night, especially at dawn or dusk. Here are some tips to stay safe on the roads: - If you see one deer, there are usually more. Slow Down! - Stay in the center lane on a multi-lane road. This gives you more time. - If you see deer crossing the road, drive straight and slow down firmly. Deer are unpredictable and they can change directions at any time. - DO NOT SWERVE. SLOW DOWN. - If you hit a deer, find the safest area on the shoulder with your flashers on. - Always remain in your vehicle and call 911. - Do not check on the deer - your safety is most important and there is nothing you can do to help the deer. #quicksupplyco #safedriving #roadsafety #safety
