"U-Turn" transactions, which involve the U.S. banking system for transactions starting and ending outside the U.S., have been reauthorized. This will facilitate remittances and payments for the Cuban private sector. 4. Internet service authorizations have been updated, allowing access to various online platforms and services for private business owners, and the marketing of Cuban-origin software in the U.S. and third countries is now permitted.
