We are thrilled to announce that Quest has been selected as the new food service provider for Morris Community High School D101 in Morris, IL! Quest recently had the privilege of setting up a tasting for the Morris School Board to showcase the fresh offerings coming to students in the Fall through some of our food concepts, including made-to-order stations. Morris Community High School serves approximately 950 students and is deeply committed to academic excellence, student engagement, and community involvement. Their leadership’s dedication to enhancing student experiences aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver high-quality, innovative dining programs. Quest is proud to partner with DePaul College Prep in a groundbreaking initiative that brings fresh, locally grown produce straight from the school’s greenhouse to the dining hall! Through collaboration with students, staff, and our dedicated Quest team—including Executive Chef Romel Alvar and Food Service Director Parker Kokowicz—menu offerings feature homegrown tomatoes, microgreens, and garden-grown herbs! More than just fresh ingredients, this initiative is about education, sustainability, and flavor.
