Job Title: Senior Executive, Financial Control & Accounts Qualification: ·?Bachelor or Masters in Accounting & Finance, MBA will be a plus. ·?CA / ACCA with experience in an accounting firm is preferred. Responsibilities: ·?Maintain the general ledger in accounts and review billing processes (payable and receivable). ·?Prepare the bank reconciliation. ·?Maintain receipts and payment vouchers, a cash book, and different registers. · Check daily expenditures, vouchers, and requisitions. ·?Maintain all account books, registers, ledgers, etc. and entry of all accounting adjustment transactions. ·?Prepare monthly salary statements and arrange salary payments to the staff. ·?Any other finance and accounts-related tasks as assigned by management. ·?Maintain communication with banks and suppliers. ·?Maintain cash management and disbursement. ·?Proper knowledge of TDS, & VDS deducted on time for bill payment. ·?Prepare challan both in manual & online. Requirements: ·?2+ years of professional working experience in FINANCIAL CONTROL & ACCOUNTS. ·?Excellent knowledge of IAS, IFRS, VAT Act 2012 & ITA 2023. ·?Proper knowledge of TDS, and VDS deduction on time. ·?Proficiency in financial software/systems and advanced Excel skills. ? Quest is looking for a talented, diligent system administrator to maintain and administer our company's networked system of computers and responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security.
