I think it would be foolish not to consider the implications of AI in recruitment. ? While I still think there’s a long way to go before recruiters are replaced by AI, it’s not far-fetched to see how sourcing efforts can benefit from some of these tools. ? The best recruiters in the future will leverage these tools for efficiency and double down on relationship-building and candidate experience.

We understand many of the difficulties our clients go through when trying to enhance culture within a remote or distributed workforce. ? As a company that previously had an in-office culture that now embraces a remote and hybrid team, we’ve had to figure this out for ourselves too. ? Here are some ideas that we’ve found to be effective: ? Make time for team building and fun – in our case, this has means prioritizing multiple in-person events throughout the year where we can get together with our remote-based team members outside of work. Regular virtual check-ins – it can be easy to stay heads down all day when working remote. We’ve found scheduling regular check-ins increases collaboration and fosters a sense of team unity. Encourage continuous learning – this can include regular online team training sessions, access to resources like an executive coaching, and fostering a culture that rewards knowledge sharing across the team. Prioritize recognition and feedback – recognizing team and individual achievements regularly through virtual shoutouts or reward incentives can go a long way in keeping the team engaged.
