Very proud of the whole team to announce that Quantum Motion and our close partner UCL have been selected by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and Innovate UK for the UK's #QuantumMissions pilot! We are fully aligned with the UK Quantum Missions, committed to delivering #quantumcomputers capable of large-scale commercialisation and delivered using CMOS transistor #technology. This builds on our successful work to date with National Quantum Computing Centre (NQCC) and is something we are looking forward to extending with this very significant contract. It’s a big team effort, but highlighting some critical individual contributions to this vision from M.Fernando González Zalba Anna Stockklauser April Carniol John Morton and Simon Benjamin
Yesterday, Secretary of State Rt Hon Peter Kyle MP addressed the techUK conference and announced new initiatives to supercharge innovation. As part of his speech, the Science and Technology Secretary also announced the ten winners of Innovate UK’s Quantum Missions Pilot, who will share £12 million to accelerate quantum computing and quantum networking technologies.
