Our latest benchmark report, The Fall of Peak, digs into the why behind these habits and what they mean for peak strategies for the holidays and into 2025. So, what did we uncover? ?? Sales urgency is dropping with 40% of consumers feeling less of a need to shop during major promotional events. ?? Digital traffic is shifting from peaks around sale times to consistent engagement levels year round. ??
