I am so pleased to announce that Quantum were granted planning permission for a development of 41 private homes in Peasmarsh, East Sussex this morning at Rother District Council's planning committee. We are thrilled to have finally brought this allocated site to a positive conclusion and are so proud of the resulting scheme. The committee commended us on the thoroughness of the application and our great attention to detail, which led to a unanimous vote in favour of the proposal. An especially huge thanks to our professional team for their hard work and dedication to what has been a long planning process. We got there in the end!
