Building quantum computers designed to scale
关于我们
Quantum Circuits is developing a full-stack quantum computing platform using superconducting devices and a modular, robust, and scalable architecture. Our mission is to build the first truly useful quantum computers. Our novel approach to building quantum computers is based on technology developed over a decade of research at Yale University's world-class quantum labs. Our machines have built-in error correction, unique software features that enable lightning-fast algorithm execution, and multiple modes of operation to solve more algorithms than ever, all in one quantum computer.

The future of quantum computing, together as an industry, with Robert Schoelkopf and Quantum Circuits, Inc., symbolically and literally at its epicenter. We look forward to NVIDIA GTC next year! In the meantime, there is work to be done…

On stage with Jensen Huang at NVIDIA GTC, Robert Schoelkopf gave the sanity check the quantum industry needs to deliver to the mass market: Without error correction, there is no commercialization. Overcoming this obstacle requires correcting first, then scaling. There. Expectation set. It's not about brute-forcing large volumes of qubits. Less is more. It's about solving error correction and scaling efficiently.

Today at NVIDIA GTC’s inaugural Quantum Day, you will hear a lot about overcoming error correction as the biggest obstacle to commercial-ready quantum computing. After false starts, the industry is realizing its importance and turning our way. We have led since the beginning: Correct first, then scale. It doesn’t get more pragmatic than that… https://lnkd.in/gavh5ZZf

Our latest paper on arXiv demonstrates a novel two-qubit entangling operation that realizes a high-fidelity Controlled-Phase (CZ) gate – closely related to the CNOT – with numerous world-class performance metrics. With our dual-rail cavity qubit design, we've succeeded in creating both a high-speed and world-class fidelity entangling gate for the first time at performance levels of more than 99.9% — after error detection. We’re excited to share these developments at APS this week. https://lnkd.in/gi_dfxYb
