When wildfires hit Fort Nelson, BC, Allteck Limited Partnership faced a big challenge— there was no way to get equipment to the site and due to fires in the surrounding area, it was impossible to get a heavy lift helicopter from anywhere in Canada. Enter Quanta Aviation Services, the team mobilized one of PJ Helicopters, Inc.’s Chinooks which lifted a 15,000-pound excavator onto the site.
