One of the things we love about our work at CQP is how hands-on our clients get to be in the process. Gunite pools have an infinite number of possibilities, our clients can personalize features like shape, depth, and color. After deciding the shape and depth the clients pick their pool's colors. During tile and coping selections, our clients choose the type of stonework for their project. Our tile expert walks our clients through the selection process, next steps, and answers project questions. At CQP we value the input of our clients, a way we prioritize them is by giving them the information they need to make informed decisions. Keeping our clients on the same page allows them to stay in control of their vision. Our goal at CQP is to make our customers' dreams a reality, and the best way to do that is by letting them show us their dreams.

The best way we have found to give time for communication, responsiveness, and to aim higher is to meet weekly, sometimes daily to check in with our core team. Making time to share our goals and agenda for the day/week has fostered open communication, and a chance to respond. As a team we tweak plans to better accommodate our clients' needs, we share ideas on how to effectively plan site visits and close out permits, and we ask each person their goals and what they need to accomplish them. There are many reasons we love working on projects with goal-orientated contractors and companies when each company brings their best effort to the table a regular plan results in a masterpiece!
