Employee Spotlight - Meet Candice Sexton! Candice has been with #QualisLLC for almost a full year now and supports Qualis’ Headquarters in Huntsville, AL as a Subcontracts and Purchasing Administrator. In this role, she is responsible for preparing all purchase and change orders for the Deputy Project Engineer, subcontractors, and consultants. Ms. Sexton is also responsible for documentation development and control, serving as a liaison contract administrator - coordinating actions between our primes and subcontract awards, and assisting with audits. Ms. Sexton received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix. Candice loves the challenge of tackling complex problems and finding creative solutions that makes a difference. She is encouraged to work with supportive colleagues who inspire her to want to learn and grow within the company. At Qualis she says she sees a clear path ahead with room for growth. Candice is originally from Scottsboro, AL. She has three wonderful children. Her oldest daughter has graduated college. Her son is a sophomore at the University of Montevallo and on the Basketball Team. Her youngest daughter is a senior in high school and is on the Varsity Volleyball Team and Varsity Basketball team. In her free time, she can be found cheering her children at their sporting events, traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and serving as the president of the youth department and a bible study teacher at her church. A quote Candice lives by is from Maya Angelou “We may encounter many defeats, but we must not be defeated.”
