Each year, Qualia undergoes a series of security audits designed to test whether we uphold all of the security promises we make to our customers. This months-long process involves the audit of thousands of pieces of documentary evidence by an unbiased third party. We’ve also completed our first ISO 27001 surveillance audit of this cycle, maintaining our certification, while also completing a transition audit to the 2022 version of the standard. For our latest special report, we surveyed 361 title & escrow professionals to uncover how fraud threats are evolving in real estate and how businesses are fighting back. ?? 95% of title & escrow pros say wire fraud attacks have increased or stayed the same in the past year. ???Over 40% of title & escrow companies receive at least one fraudulent email per employee per month. ???
