Today we celebrate Caswayne Fenton on his recent promotion to Sous Chef. Caswayne has been part of the Quail Creek family in the culinary department for the past 7 months and in his short time with us Caswayne stepped up to the plate when the club needed him most. Caswayne possess many culinary skills that has helped him be promoted from Cook 1 to now Sous Chef.
