I am thrilled to welcome Simon to the team here at Quad9. This is a great next step as we continue to grow our user community and keep a strong focus on security and privacy of the DNS. Simon's past experiences will help us move towards more options for continuing to fund the growth and create an improved set of technology offerings that we can provide our end users and the cybersecurity community. I'll be going more heads-down on tech and "protocol" issues at all layers: strategic changes in our core systems, standards work, data management, and I will probably stay quite active in our legal efforts which are opposed to the splintering of the DNS. Quad9 is getting better every day and I'm very happy to be working with Simon in this critical mission of providing no-cost security and standard-setting privacy to millions of individuals, schools, hospitals, and businesses worldwide.
