This collaboration marks a pivotal moment for both organizations, positioning the combined company as the premier boutique security services provider in security services and security systems integration.

Quad-C portfolio company Vortex Companies - Trenchless Infrastructure Rehabilitation Solutions completed the acquisition of Premier Pipe USA, a long-time provider of high-performance CIPP products and design, technical, and field support.
