After having spent 10+ years at agencies, going independent with Stranger Creative has been one of the most challenging & rewarding life experiences. Fell in love with the agency space shortly after college graduation, stumbling upon a space doing cool work with talented people in a hip atmosphere. Fast forward years later, I saw a huge deficit of queer & BIPOC voices within our creative & agency spaces. After starting countless ERGs and corporate initiatives and seeing them wither away upon my departure, realized the solution had to start bottom-up. Starting Stranger Creative was to challenge the narrative of WHO gets to design the world around us. Our work with QTBIPOC Design further fortifies our commitment to bringing up queer BIPOC creative voices. Already, we're seeing the impact with our clients - bringing a fresh outlook and perspective to projects and teams. As we grow, we're looking for new clients to join us on this journey!

Insightful cheat sheet on margins for designers. I started off my design career with 10px intervals, but over time, I've realized that 8px intervals seem to work much better visually. More reading material: https://lnkd.in/emXPJbnr
