What happens when traditionally credentialing methods miss something? During our recent webinar with Anne Roberts, Esq., CPMSM, CPCS, Anne suggested the following to identify and mitigate risks: 1. Pre-screening is your first line of defense - these can uncover lawsuits that wouldn't appear in a standard criminal check 2. Understand the different between medical staff membership and privileges - this allows organizations to grant access strategically 3. Go beyond traditional credentialing - investigate deeper through clinical evaluations and strategic Google searches 4. Continuous monitoring is non-negotiable - consider subscribing to state board newsletters and OIG corporate integrity agreements Credentialing isn't a one-time process - it's ongoing. Do you have any tips to ensure risk mitigation at your organization? Read more: https://lnkd.in/eRzhnJ9d #Credentialing #Blog #HealthcareInnovation #HealthcareOperations #HealthcareWFM

Our Healthcare Workforce Management Technology Report, administered by Hanover Research, shows that healthcare leaders are looking for consolidation, automation, and single-platform solutions. Yet only 38% include system consolidation as part of digital transformation plans. Only 13% have fully consolidated workforce management technology. And 74% are still using manual processes (that could be automated). This digital disconnect means that the healthcare workforce management technology in place today doesn’t reflect the strategies that are defined as best practice. "When we ran into any challenges with our previous system, we would just be expected to modify our workflows and our processes to accommodate for deficiencies in the system. That has been completely the opposite with QGenda." So many health systems face this same issue today - using outdated credentialing systems that force you into inefficient workflows. Hear how Holly Turner, Network Director for Medical Staff Services and Provider Enrollment, found huge wins with QGenda Credentialing's workflows and customer experience team. #CustomerTestimonial #Credentialing #HealthcareInnovation #HealthcareWFM

Managing provider, nurse, and staff coverage across departments is one of healthcare’s biggest challenges. Many organizations still rely on siloed scheduling processes, limiting communication and resource sharing. Centralized scheduling offers a smarter, data-driven alternative to improve efficiency, reduce burnout, and enhance patient care. Here’s what centralized scheduling can achieve for your organization: ?? Optimized resource allocation - Staff are deployed where they’re needed most, based on skills, certifications, and patient acuity. ?? Removal of barriers - Streamlined communication and coordination across units ensuring smoother workflows and better teamwork. ? Burnout prevention - Cross-training and centralized staffing pools reduce monotony and increasing job satisfaction. Want to see how centralized scheduling can transform your workforce management?
