    ?? Cliff Simon sent me a photo of his notes before going on stage at HubSpot Inbound earlier today. Cliff was one of our first users back in 2022 when we launched a product with the vision of enabling sales leaders to see around the corner, aligning growth teams with the rest of the organization (including Finance), and driving efficient growth. At the time, he was on the small side for our ICP. Zoom into the photo for the rest of the story. Honored that we played a role in this story. **** Cliff's notes copy/pasted: - Qflow example: 430% growth in 2022 - to stay ahead, I used Qflow (Al tool) to hire [forecast demand for] hands on work of implementation for HubSpot or Salesforce against a sales cycle that was half the time it took to hire those people. -Qflow looked at the historical data out of CRM to model the opportunities quarter over quarter and month by month, and the likelihood of those opportunities closing based on opportunities that did not exist yet. In the forecast, I landed within $3,000 MRR in H1 where we went from 8 people to 48 employees and went from $1M to $6M in that 6 month period. -We knew the outcome was to get sold. We had the metrics, we knew what we were looking for and we drove it forward.

    No, a product purchase will not alone fix or optimize your GTM. Building a high-value business demands a deep understanding of the levers of efficient growth. It's crucial to align GTM teams and Finance with a unified view of data, assumptions, and forecasts in order to optimize resource allocation for scalability. So, which companies are doing a great job at this? Too few. It's not for lack of trying. The path to achieving this has been pretty messy. Manual work in spreadsheets and BI tools lead to distrust of the data, then everyone tends to retreat to their siloed sources of truth. At best, this leads to high decision latency. At worst, this leads to poor decisions or errors. All of which further erode trust and significantly erode future enterprise value. So, while a product purchase will not alone fix or optimize your GTM.... > the right product can assemble best-practice KPIs in real-time and ensure their appropriate use in scenario analysis and forecasting > the right product can proactively do the work of data engineers and analysts by combining your GTM data and Finance data, pointing out actionable insights and keeping everyone on the same page > the right product can put you in a much better position to improve your end-to-end GTM performance, quickly and sustainably

    Pre or post product-market fit, everyone should be working on their "offer." That's what I'm doing. Currently, my top performing offer is: "We can create interactive growth scenarios on our platform and find your shortest path to efficient growth within an hour of connecting your data." I don't ask for a discovery call or "15 minutes of their time". All we need is a data connection. Creating an account takes 10 minutes. While most users can set up the rest of QFlow in ~30 minutes, the act of offering to do this for them takes objections off the table. Because I want them in the product ASAP... Here are the other offers we're experimenting with: > Create?rolling 12-month scenarios?without analysts (core use case) > The big prerequisite?to scenario planning:?a firm grip of your?GTM stats > An automated mechanism to keep everyone aligned:?Business Digests In all cases, my goal is to get them on the platform. Because if I can show them, they will believe. And it seems to be working.
