He talked to our company about how AOM has provided CGH (Computer Generated Holograms) for over 15 years and how CGH offers complete solutions for optical metrology of components and systems. Having Cormic come to our company to speak was a unique and invaluable opportunity for our employees to gain deeper insights into our industry. Here at QED Technologies International LLC, we are proud to know that our MRF technology enables a lot of work on large precision optics. We have made custom machines capable of polishing optics larger than 3 meters in diameter! Our standard machines range from 100mm all the way up to 1.2 meters, enabling applications across a variety of end markets including semiconductor, defense, and aerospace. QED also provides industry leading sub-aperture stitching metrology with our home-built QIS interferometer allowing for a large field of view, capturing more of the surface with higher lateral spatial frequencies for enhanced surface detail. Our QED Optics team has extensive fabrication and metrology capabilities for Large, Challenging and Precise optics and is a great way to get a sense of what we can do with MRF and SSI!
