QED Hospitality is a restaurant operations management group, focused on running Food & Beverage operations in boutique hotels nationally. We bring our operational acumen to the table, developing and managing restaurants tailored to the hotel, the region and the demands of the market. These are not cookie cutter concepts, but true restaurants born of the region and based on our history. Founded by Emery Whalen, a Forbes “30 Under 30” honoree, and celebrated chef and conservationist Brian Landry, QED currently oversees nine vibrant food and beverage outlets in New Orleans and Nashville. In New Orleans, we operate the acclaimed Jack Rose restaurant, the Bayou Bar, the Hot Tin rooftop bar, Silver Whistle Café, and The Parlor, all nestled within the historic Pontchartrain Hotel. In Nashville, we manage the culinary offerings at the Thompson Hotel, including Marsh House restaurant, L.A. Jackson rooftop bar, Killebrew coffee shop, and the hotel’s event space. Each venue is a testament to our commitment to creating authentic dining experiences that celebrate local culture and cuisine.
